An AI Twin is an intelligent agent with a visual identity. It has your voice, your face (or a custom avatar), and speaks from your knowledge base — answering visitor questions, capturing leads, and escalating to your team when needed.
Each Twin runs autonomously. Visitors interact with it in real time, 24/7, without human intervention.
Core concepts
- Twin — your AI agent. Has a name, role, voice, avatar, and knowledge base.
- Knowledge Base — the content your Twin is trained on: files, URLs, Q&A pairs, Notion pages.
- Widget — the chat interface embedded on your website. Fully customizable.
- Credits — consumed per AI response. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance.
- Project — a workspace that groups multiple Twins (useful for agencies or multiple brands).
