High-level conversation metrics for any date range:

• Total conversations started
• Closed conversations
• Total interactions (messages exchanged)
• Positive and negative feedback ratios
• Chats by country — geographic breakdown

Topics

Your Twin automatically detects and clusters conversation topics using AI. Use this to identify what visitors most want to know — and where your knowledge base may need strengthening.

Sentiment

• Performance radar — plots response speed, reflection speed, and network latency
• Interactions chart — breakdown of positive, neutral, and negative conversation scores over time

Export Business+

Export your data as CSV from Settings → Export:

• Business — conversation-level CSV (summary per conversation)
• Enterprise — full message thread export
