Widgets
The Widget editor controls how your Twin looks and behaves on your website. Changes preview live in the split-panel editor before you publish.
Appearance
- Primary color — header and button accent
- Button color — the floating chat button
- Stroke color — avatar outline
- Button radius — corner rounding (square to pill)
- Scene background — background behind the 3D avatar
- Welcome message — first message shown when the widget opens
- Input placeholder — hint text in the message input
- Watermark — hide the Minimoes branding (paid plans)
Functions
- Email collection — controls when and how email is prompted
- Custom webhook functions — surface action buttons linked to your webhook actions
- Trigger type —
button(user-initiated) orauto(opens automatically after a delay)
States
- Delay message — shown before the widget auto-opens (if auto-trigger is enabled)
- Rating — let visitors rate conversations with thumbs up/down or stars
Custom CSS Business+
Inject custom CSS to override any widget style. The Code tab provides a CSS editor with live preview.
Custom CSS targets widget internals. Test after each product update — class names are not guaranteed stable across releases.
Embed code
The Embed tab generates your install snippet. Copy the <script> tag and paste it into your website's <head> or just before </body>.
The embed code is unique per Twin. Changing widget settings does not require re-embedding — updates apply immediately to all existing installations.
