These Terms of Service govern the use of the Minimoes platform, operated by Minimoes, Inc. By accessing Minimoes, you agree to these terms without reservation.

Access to Service

Access requires creating an account with a valid email address.
The Free plan provides limited usage without a credit card.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content uploaded to Minimoes. Minimoes, Inc. will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service.

Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days, then permanently erased.

AI-Generated Content

Minimoes uses artificial intelligence to generate Twin responses based on your knowledge base. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You acknowledge that Minimoes, Inc. is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses. You are responsible for validating your Twin's outputs.

Limitation of Liability

Minimoes is provided "as is". Minimoes, Inc. shall not be held liable for data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses. We commit to commercially reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings. Minimoes, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
