We collect the following data when you use Minimoes:

  • Identification information (name, email, company)
  • Billing data (subscription management via Stripe)
  • Uploaded content (documents, knowledge base files, avatar assets)
  • Usage data and connection logs
  • Conversations between end-users and your AI Twin
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Files and conversation data are hosted on AWS us-east-1.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your personal data.

Cookies

Minimoes uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are activated only with your consent via the cookie banner.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, all personal data and uploaded content are permanently erased within 30 days. Conversation logs are anonymized after 12 months of inactivity.
