Supports: booking new meetings, checking availability, and cancelling existing bookings.

Shopify

Connect your Shopify store to let your Twin browse your product catalog, answer product-specific questions, and track orders live. The Twin queries your store's API on each relevant question — answers reflect current stock and pricing.

Requires a Shopify API connection configured in Actions → Tools → Shopify.

Stripe

Visitors can check their invoice status, view subscription details, and manage payment methods directly in the chat — securely authenticated per session. Useful for SaaS products where billing questions are frequent.

Requires a Stripe API key with read access to customer and subscription data.
