Files

Upload static documents as your Twin's primary knowledge source.

Supported formats

  • PDF
  • Word (.docx)
  • PowerPoint (.pptx)
  • Images (.jpg, .png) — text extracted via OCR
  • Spreadsheets (.csv) and JSON

Uploading

Go to your Twin's Knowledge Base → Files tab. Drag and drop files or click to open the file picker. Multiple files can be uploaded at once.

To update a file, re-upload it. The previous version is replaced immediately and retraining starts automatically.

Files are processed asynchronously. Status changes from Pending → Processing → Ready within 60 seconds.

Limits

  • Maximum file size: 50 MB per file
  • For larger datasets, split into multiple files
  • Password-protected PDFs are not supported
